Job DescriptionMaintenance & Engineering ManagerWe are seeking a hands-on, strategic Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, reliability, and capital project initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, improving plant performance, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technical leader who enjoys partnering with Operations, leading teams, improving processes, and making a direct impact on manufacturing performance.What You’ll Do:Lead all maintenance and engineering activities for the facilityDrive preventative and predictive maintenance programsOversee capital projects from planning through implementationImprove equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing efficiencyManage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationshipsPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teamsLead and develop maintenance and engineering teamsEnsure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and safety standardsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering5+ years of maintenance and/or engineering leadership experience in manufacturingStrong background in equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and capital projectsExperience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial systemsKnowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and maintenance best practicesProven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhy Join Us?High-impact leadership roleOpportunity to drive plant improvements and operational strategyCollaborative and team-focused cultureStrong growth potential within the organizationIf you’re a proactive engineering leader who thrives in manufacturing operations and enjoys solving complex challenges, we’d love to connect.#LI-A1Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: ManufacturingSalaried: Salaried
