TIRE ROAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform mounting, dismounting, and installation of commercial truck tires and tire/wheel assemblies


• Load and unload tires from service vehicles and delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization of inventory


• Inspect, diagnose, and complete tire repairs, including patching and replacing damaged tires


• Provide emergency roadside service to trucking customers, responding promptly and professionally in high-pressure situations


• Maintain service equipment and vehicles, and follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

Requirements

• Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required to handle after-hours emergency service calls

• Prior experience in tire service, automotive, or heavy-duty truck maintenance

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy tires (up to 100lbs) and working in various weather conditions


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a service truck safely


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during roadside service calls


• Commitment to safety, reliability, and delivering excellent customer service
