Title Loans Branch Manager (AZ Market Expansion: Phoenix/Tucson) CFS Investments is expanding into the Arizona market and is seeking to hire a Branch Manager with a strong background in title loans in Phoenix and Tucson. This role is part of a targeted market expansion initiative, designed to identify top operational talent with deep knowledge of local lending dynamics. Objective of This Role We are looking to engage with professionals who can provide real insight into: How to successfully launch and scale a branch in Arizona Local customer acquisition channels (retail vs online) Market-specific underwriting and risk practices Portfolio management, collections, and delinquency control strategies Key strategic considerations in Arizona What You will Do (If Hired / Potential Role Scope) Oversee daily branch operations with full P&L responsibility Drive loan origination and meet production targets Ensure compliance with Arizona lending regulations Manage portfolio performance (delinquency, renewals, charge‑offs) Lead collections strategy and execution Hire, train, and develop branch staff Execute local growth and customer acquisition strategies What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in title loans within Arizona (required) Strong understanding of local customer behavior and acquisition channels Proven track record in originations + collections performance Deep knowledge of Arizona regulatory and compliance environment Leadership experience managing teams and branch performance Compensation (To Be Negotiated) Competitive base salary Performance‑based bonuses tied to production and portfolio performance Potential leadership opportunity in a stable and established company, tied to market expansion We value each team member’s contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.
