EEO Investigator

Duties:

• Investigate internal complaints of discrimination, including claims of sexual harassment, maintaining the System's compliance with all federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws to ensure equal opportunity within the terms, conditions, and privileges of employment;
• Providing an internal avenue of redress through the investigation and resolution of complaints of unlawful employment discrimination and harassment

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience conducting EEO related investigations
• Substantial experience in conducting investigations
• Strong writing skills
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws. EEO Investigator with experience handling workplace discrimination and harassment cases, with strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong investigative skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills required. Adept at quickly synthesizing
• Must be able to report to various healthcare facilities throughout New York City to provide targeted, timely, and productive support for the Office of EEO as necessary

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.

Shift:

• 55 Water Street, plus facilities (not ongoing only if needed) and Hybrid with 3days being onsite and 2days remote
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 37.50 hours/weekly
• 5 days/week
