This role ensures our online experience reflects North 40's lifestyle brand and service-first culture while supporting growth across channels.This full-time, exempt position requires close collaboration with merchandising, marketing, IT, and operations teams to drive traffic, conversion, customer engagement, and a seamless omnichannel experience.
