The successful candidate will be practical, organized, confident in the field, and committed to helping our team meet established safety requirements.
What You Will Do
- Conduct scheduled and unannounced jobsite inspections; document findings and communicate immediate hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Track open safety deficiencies and corrective actions, follow up by due date, verify completion, and escalate overdue or repeated issues.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready safety records, including training, certifications, medical cards, inspection reports, and corrective-action documentation.
- Conduct or assist with new-hire safety orientations using approved company materials and coordinate required employee training.

- Drug-testing and driver-compliance processes are administered accurately, confidentially, and on time.
- Corrective actions are assigned, tracked, verified, and closed promptly; unresolved issues are escalated appropriately.
- Field supervisors view the Coordinator as dependable, consistent, practical, and helpful in meeting established safety requirements.
What You Bring
