Precision Castparts is seeking a Supervisor in Portland, Oregon to oversee hourly employees in the safe manufacture of products. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and quality control procedures, planning shifts, and supervising production operations. Candidates should have two to five years of related experience and preferably a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business, along with team facilitation and communication skills.
