Old Town Smiles is seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team in Alexandria, VA. We are a modern, privately owned dental practice that values teamwork, quality care, and long-term relationships with both patients and staff.

Position Details
- Part-time: 2 days per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Compensation: $65–$70 per hour
- Bonus opportunities available
Office Hours
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Alternating Fridays: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist in diagnosing and monitoring periodontal conditions
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Experience with Dentrix, digital radiography, and intraoral photography preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
