Physical Therapist

Role Overview: A licensed Physical Therapist providing personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in private residences or senior living communities, focusing on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life. The position offers autonomy to create and manage treatment schedules, with opportunities to incorporate telehealth and virtual care for enhanced flexibility and patient support.
