This role involves working with a mix of long-term and skilled residents within a post-acute care setting. The facility provides a collaborative environment with support from interdisciplinary teams including PT, OT, ST, and others.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Administer and manage IVs, PICC lines, and mediports
• Coordinate and provide patient care for central lines, IV antibiotics, blood, and IVF therapy
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and coordination
• Respond to changes in resident conditions by deploying critical thinking and assessment skills

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Valid RN license
• BLS Certification
• Experience with IVs, PICC lines, mediports, and central lines
