About the role We are a leading recruitment solutions provider within accounting and finance, and we are currently hiring for an Executive Recruiter to manage both client and candidate relationships and execute the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior‑level positions. What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter you will: Execute the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid‑to‑senior‑level professional positions across a variety of clients. Focus on existing clients while identifying and developing new client relationships. Interview candidates, assess fit, and match them with client organizations and career opportunities. Maintain a sense of urgency to meet recruitment targets and deliver high‑quality placements. Participate in our paid New Colleague Training (NCT) program, receive coaching and guidance, and work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment. About you Bachelor’s degree preferred or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy and interested in learning and implementing new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed. Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality. Ability to work in a remote‑based or hybrid work environment.
