Job Summary Sir Grout Richmond provides grout, tile and stone restoration services to residential and commercial customers in the greater Richmond market. We train our technicians how to restore tile and grout, natural stone surfaces like marble, granite, and travertine to like new or better than new condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant trade, such as handyman work, tile setting, stone restoration, painting, construction, general maintenance or house cleaning. Professionally engage with customers during projects and answer questions. Daily travel to job sites in the greater Richmond area, of which ~ 95% are indoors. Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition. Follow all safety guidelines. I get to meet new people daily and help them find solutions to their challenges. The call center is set up to take all calls and schedule your sales appointments for you each week so you can be focused on your technicians and making sure that our clients are happy. The folks at the call center are great at what they do and are easy to get along with. Ownership / Management have been great to work with as well. They are willing to invest in their employees and their safety is always a top priority. Home Office staff that I have met or have spoken with have always been very pleasant and professional. Everyone seems to truly care about each other and our team’s success. The services that we provide for our community are truly needed by many and when we are finished with someone’s home it makes a drastic difference that they can see right away.
