Systems Administrator

IT Infrastructure RoleJoin our IT Infrastructure team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on work across enterprise systems, infrastructure projects, and operational improvements.What You'll DoLead infrastructure projects from planning through deploymentManage and support VMware environments and enterprise systemsMaintain network infrastructure including routing, switching, and firewallsAdminister Microsoft 365 identity solutions including Entra ID Azure ADDrive automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, N8N, or similar toolsIdentify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiencySupport vulnerability management using Tenable or similar toolsParticipate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and remediationDevelop and maintain operational playbooks for outages and incidentsServe as a senior escalation point and mentor team membersPerform hands-on work including server installs, networking, and hardware supportWhat We're Looking For5 plus years of infrastructure or systems administration experienceStrong VMware and enterprise networking experienceExperience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Group PolicyHands-on experience with tools such as Cisco Meraki, Dell iDRAC, Zscaler, and TenableStrong scripting and automation experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb laddersExperience racking and cabling servers and data center equipmentExperience installing AV equipment including mounted displays and conferencing systems
