Equitable Advisors is currently seeking to onboard a new Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) Financial Professional. People who work for public schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, nonprofit organizations and municipal governments can save for retirement through a 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity (TSA) and 457(b) employee-deferred compensation (EDC) plans. Recognizing the benefits of these plans and the specific needs of this marketplace, we created the Retirement Benefits Group (RBG). As an RBG Financial Professional, you will be provided with a defined market to help you prospect and accelerate the growth of your career. Your primary focus will be providing financial products and services, as well as education to those who build and serve our communities, such as: Teachers School administrators Municipality employees What it takes to be an Equitable Advisors’ Financial Professional With a wide range of successful financial professionals, prior educational focus and professional background does not necessarily dictate success. We see success with people directly out of college, frustrated professionals looking to begin new career opportunities and those already in the financial services industry seeking a more comprehensive platform.
