Nurse Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, medical assistants, and ancillary care team members. Ensure compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards. Support provider productivity (16–18 patients per provider per day). Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordination. Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement efforts. Manage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET model. Qualifications Active RN license in Washington State (LPNs with equivalent experience considered). Ambulatory care and supervisory experience strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills. BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire). Experience in a fast‑paced outpatient clinic environment. May require occasional travel or coverage at other clinic sites.
