Entry-Level Auto Technician (2nd Shift)

Role Overview We’re looking for Automotive Mechanics with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience to join us at Carvana as an Entry‑Level Technician. Responsibilities Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and conduct the initial inspection on vehicles to identify possible repairs. Support the reconditioning process by preparing vehicles for further work. Participate in mandatory overtime as required by business needs. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of professional automotive repair experience. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may require a motor vehicle records check. Able to work in a fast‑paced, changing production environment and endure outdoor conditions. Use of safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments. Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
