RN - Emergency Department (ER/ED)

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 3 shifts per week, 36 scheduled hours.

Start Date: 07/20/2026, End Date: 10/19/2026, Duration: 13 weeks.

Shift Details: 3x12-Hour (05:45 - 18:00) Days.

Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.

Required Experience: 2 years, Level III trauma is required at minimum. Prefers & accepts candidates with Level I & II experience as well. Accepts first-time travelers.

Work Settings: General ED-Combined Adult/Pedia.

Skills: Abdominal pain, acute psychosis, asthma, blood product administration, emergency medications, general emergency department-combined adult/pedi, interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV vasopressors, manage/apply splints, mental/behavioral health conditions, obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, ortho trauma, phlebotomy, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, psychiatric hold, starting and maintaining IVs, suicidal patient, triage.

Patient Ratios: Days: 5, Nights: 5, Weekends: 5.

Additional Information: Respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, unit secretary.

Travel Compliance Required: Finalized RTO must be included at time of submission. No RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of the assignment. Maximum of 10 total RTO days. Full calendar weeks of RTO are not accepted. Active state or Compact license required at time of submission. Two supervisor references completed within the past 18 months are required. Copies of all required certifications and licensure, as specified in the job description, must be included. Interview availability must be provided with the submission. Maximum of 1 active submission per traveler. Paragon and Practice Partner experience is preferred.
