Must Have - Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Logistics domain experience is mandatory with Hi-Tech, Electronics or semiconductor industry.
Job Description:
Program & Project Management
• Own delivery from requirements → design → build → testing → go-live
• Drive cross-functional alignment across:
o IT / Engineering
o Supply Chain / Operations
o External partners (customers, integrators, vendors)
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Process Design & Optimization
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Standardize workflows for high-volume customers and partners
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready
Required Qualifications:
• 7-12+ years' experience in:
o EDI integration (ASN, logistics, supply chain transactions)
o API integration (REST/SOAP, system-to-system automation)
• Strong understanding of:
o supply chain / RMA processes
o warehouse & logistics operations
• Experience integrating systems such as:
o ERP (SAP preferred)
o CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementations in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Auto RMA / reverse logistics workflows
• Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)
• Experience with middleware / integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Background in hardware, manufacturing, or tech supply chain
