Business Analyst 2 (Atlassian Administrator) | San Diego | Hybrid Are you a hands‑on Atlassian administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment? This is a contract‑to‑hire role with a strong conversion track record and real long‑term growth potential. Who You Are: 3–5 years of relevant experience administering and configuring Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence), you've built out projects and workflows from scratch, not just maintained them Strong SQL skills Experience with Power BI (cloud and on‑prem) and general reporting tools Familiarity with Alteryx, SSRS, or similar data automation and reporting platforms is a plus Self‑sufficient and able to hit the ground running with minimal hand‑holding Familiarity with Agile methodology Experience in a regulated environment is a bonus What You’ll Do: Own and administer Atlassian tools including Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence Build out and customize Jira projects at an enterprise level Support Power BI reporting across cloud and on‑prem environments Assist with Alteryx workflow administration and SSRS reporting as needed Serve as the centralized admin layer between business users and the development team Maintain documentation and governance across platforms What Does This Position Pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected hourly pay range for this role is $43 per hour.
