Resolved hardware build or test issues (non- conformances, fitment, tolerance stack- up failures)
Education
B. S. or M. S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Hard skills
Experience with high- speed rotating machinery (motors, generators, turbines, flywheels)
Proficient in 3D CAD (NX, SolidWorks, or similar) with GD&T and tolerance stack-ups
Thermal management experience (cooling systems, heat exchangers, liquid/air cooling for power electronics or batteries)
Soft skills
Operates independently without hand- holding — can own problems end- to- end
Miscellaneous
Must work on- site in Long Beach, CA 5 days/week
