Sales Development Representative

Role Overview
Apply your B2B sales expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. This remote contractor opportunity focuses on B2B growth and lead generation, with work that helps improve how AI models learn, reason, and perform. No previous AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build B2B lead pipelines through outbound cold calls, email outreach, and social-channel prospecting.
- Research, identify, and qualify prospective business opportunities across target markets and verticals.
- Lead consultative prospect conversations, communicate value propositions, and address objections.
- Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
- Work with project coordinators and client stakeholders to align messaging and improve outreach approaches.
- Provide feedback that strengthens AI training datasets using real-world sales interactions and industry best practices.
- Analyze outreach results and recommend strategies for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of recent, hands-on B2B sales development experience, including successful outbound prospecting.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and consultative selling within complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and activity tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and clarity.
- Ability to tailor messaging for varied industries and customer personas.
- Strong analytical and feedback skills that support data-driven AI training.
- Experience with technology-enabled sales engagements or AI-related projects is a plus.
