Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on order status, pricing, and shipping.; Process and manage customer orders, including new entries, changes, and returns, using the SAP system.; Collaborate with the outside sales team and project managers to meet and exceed customer service expectations.; Work closely with the Production Planning department to ensure that customer delivery deadlines are met and expedited orders are handled properly.; Maintain accurate customer information and part numbers within the SAP system.
