WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThe Business Integration team is the connective tissue between enterprise strategy and frontline execution across Nike Stores. This leader reports to the Vice President, NA Stores & Services and leads Directors and Senior Managers across Territory Operations, Retail Services, and Business Integration. They will partner closely with Store Operations, Training & Development, Retail Concepts, Finance, Analytics, Global Stores teams, and Field Leadership to accelerate execution, drive readiness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORNike is seeking an enterprise-minded leader who excels at the intersection of strategy, operations, transformation, and execution. You will build the systems, partnerships, governance, and operating rhythms that improve execution, accelerate adoption, amplify field insights, and connect strategic investments to business performance across North America Stores.Develop and deliver seasonal alignment sessions that communicate strategy, product priorities, business performance, service and operational expectations across Territories.Partner across functions to align leaders on upcoming changes, share insights from the field, and drive accountability for successful execution, productivity, and athlete experience outcomes.Lead and evolve an integrated operating model that connects strategy integration, readiness, communications, change management, field insights, and performance measurement into a unified ecosystem.Partner across North America Store Operations, Global Operations, Retail Concepts, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Supply Chain, Training & Development, and field leadership teams to align priorities and accelerate execution.Establish governance, prioritization, and business integration routines that ensure initiatives are sequenced effectively, clearly owned, and measured against business impact.Drive operational excellence through leadership of Territory Operations and Retail Services teams, including Nike By You (NBY), 020 services, and store support capabilities.
