Sr. HR Manager

Senior HR Manager role at Thermo Fisher Scientific overseeing talent management, organizational development, and employee relations across Tewksbury, MA and Oakwood Village, OH sites. Acts as strategic HR partner translating business objectives into talent and organizational solutions within a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner developing roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Mentor managers on complex employee issues including restructuring and investigations
• Conduct compensation analysis and partner on recruitment efforts with talent acquisition
• Lead organizational change and design initiatives as change agent for business
• Ensure HR processes alignment with strategic objectives through performance management and calibration

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 6 years HR experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years progressive HR roles
• Experience in global, matrixed organizational structures
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into HR solutions
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with HR data interpretation
• Excellent consulting, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities across all levels
• HR systems and Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to travel 10-20% as needed
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred; prior people management experience preferred

Compensation: $130,000–$194,950 base
