PMI, PgMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
10+ years of program, portfolio, transformation, or strategic delivery leadership experience within large, complex organizations.
Proven experience leading highly complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrated consulting experience supporting enterprise transformation, business modernization, technology transformation, operating model evolution, or strategic delivery initiatives.
Experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders to establish governance, operating rhythms, accountability models, and execution frameworks.
Experience managing executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across Director, VP, and senior leadership audiences.
Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading large-scale technology, digital, data, platform, product, or business transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to translate between business, product, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
