- Follow batch sheets, formulas, and production instructions.
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials.
- Operate mixers and related production equipment.
- Perform quality checks and document production activities.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
- Operate forklifts to transport and stage materials.
- Adhere to all safety, GMP, and company procedures.
- Report equipment, material, or quality issues promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Experience operating industrial mixers or similar equipment.
- Forklift experience and ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
- Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Forklift certification.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA, or ISO standards.
