Senior Product Manager

This is a new role and one of the most important on the team. Our Client is bringing AI into both its payer products and platform, and this Product Manager will own that effort end to end — turning AI capabilities into shipped, market-ready products.

You'll work closely with engineering leaders who have driven the AI work to date, understand what's already been built, and bring it to market across the product portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Execute the AI product strategy and roadmap across the Client's payer and platform products.
• Partner closely with AI engineering leadership to understand existing AI work and productize it for clients.
• Identify the highest-value AI use cases across member, broker, employer, provider, and platform experiences, and prioritize effectively.
• Write clear PRDs for AI-driven capabilities, including evaluation, quality, and real-world reliability.
• Lead cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, and Product teams.
• Bring new AI capabilities to market in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on ownership of an AI/ML product or feature.

• Engineering background is non-negotiable — CS/Engineering degree or equivalent and prior coding experience, with enough technical depth to understand AI systems, capabilities, and limitations.

• Demonstrated ability to ship AI products through the full lifecycle, not just prototypes.

• Strong prioritization and product judgment in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.

• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a startup-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Payer or healthcare experience — helpful but not required.

• Familiarity with modern AI tooling, AI evaluation, and product quality practices.
