QA Director

Primary Location : Houston, Texas V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a QA Director for our premier client in Houston, Texas. Education And Experience 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a QA Lead Experience testing Payment Systems is preferred. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Adobe Commerce is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies, defect management, and test management tools. Knowledge And Skills Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and end-to-end testing. Strong hands-on QA experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Leadership Expectations Ability to contribute immediately with minimal or no knowledge transfer. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. Confident and authoritative communication style. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end QA activities across enterprise applications. Lead testing efforts across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases. Provide technical leadership and make quality-related decisions independently. Define and execute QA strategy, test planning, regression testing, and release validation. Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
