We are seeking an  RN Clinical Liaison who would continue to build ties to the region's hospitals, establish patients' eligibility for care, communicate with families, and interact with a wide range of staff members from facility staff to case managers to physicians.  This  field-based position requires a proactive, upbeat and innovative personality who can think outside the box with a strong desire to achieve results in a highly competitive market.  Ideal position for an RN who wants a change of pace.  

RN Clinical Liaison Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the admissions process at a sub-acute rehabilitation facility
• Experience with the understanding of insurances and sub-acute guidelines
• Ability to establish good working relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nurses, physicians and other medical facilities as appropriate
• Demonstration of stellar communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Polished and professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize 
• RN Preferred
• Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Valid Driver’s License
