About the Role:
Join Dinah Care Home Health Agency as a Direct Care Worker in King of Prussia, PA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This rewarding position allows you to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need, making a difference every day.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the healthcare team.
Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations and protocols.
Participate in training and development programs as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Background check and references required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
