Join Dinah Care Home Health Agency as a Direct Care Worker in King of Prussia, PA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This rewarding position allows you to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need, making a difference every day. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the healthcare team.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations and protocols.
- Participate in training and development programs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background check and references required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
