Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in the heart of downtown Syracuse, is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a RN Supervisor , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents.

About the Role:

As a RN Supervisor , you will be responsible for supervising a team of registered nurses and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring their progress.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of licensed nurses and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care

• Assess the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents, developing individualized care plans and monitoring their progress

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports

• Collaborate with other departments, including social services, activities, and dietary, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of New York

• Minimum of [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
