Laser Operator

Laser Cutting Operator Under general supervision of Plant Manager, set up and operate laser cutting machines to produce sheet metal parts according to customer specifications. Requirements Operate and maintain laser cutting equipment Program and adjust laser cutting parameters Read and interpret blueprints Must be able to follow written and oral instructions Maintain high quality in line with customer specifications Follow all company safety and operations policies Preferred Qualifications: Laser cutting or operation experience CNC programming experience Motivation to learn and develop with WLS Experience in a manufacturing environment Other Duties: Other duties as assigned. Compensation/Benefits: Compensation is based on experience; medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, etc. 1st shift (6am-2:30pm, M-F) $18-$20/hr
