High Desert Ford is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to help build and support a high-performing dealership culture. This is an opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, maintaining compliance, and helping a fast-paced organization grow.

The Human Resources Manager will partner directly with the General Manager and leadership team to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll support, training coordination, and performance management.

Reporting Structure

·       Reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with department managers and dealership ownership.

Performance Expectations

·       Hire quality candidates efficiently.

·       Maintain full compliance with California and federal employment laws.

·       Reduce employee turnover through effective onboarding and engagement.

·       Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation.

·       Provide strong employee communication and responsiveness.

·       Successfully manage leaves, workers' compensation, and employee relations.

·       Help maintain a positive, professional dealership culture.
