What You'll Do as a Branch Manager: Lead & Support – Schedule and provide technical guidance to technicians, ensuring top-tier service. Team Coordination – Work with dispatch to assign jobs based on skill level. Operational Efficiency – Maintain proper stock levels and oversee the use of materials. Administrative Tasks – Assist clerical staff, complete invoices, reports, and daily route sheets. Uphold Standards – Ensure all team members follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
