Dispatch works to keep freight lined up ahead of time so drivers spend more time driving and less time sitting. This account works well for drivers who want dependable income, modern equipment, and a schedule that stays organized from week to week.

Most runs average between 700 and 750 miles per haul, helping drivers maintain solid weekly mileage while reducing the stop-and-go pace that often comes with shorter freight. Loads are planned in advance whenever possible to help keep the week running smoothly from pickup to delivery.

Load Overview Freight runs through established multi-state corridors with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load freight. The majority of loads are no-touch, helping drivers stay productive while avoiding unnecessary dock delays. Consistent customer freight helps support stable weekly movement throughout the operation.

Truck Features Drivers operate 2021 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Many units are equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space to make extended runs more comfortable while away from home. Equipment maintenance is supported through a company maintenance network focused on minimizing downtime and keeping trucks road ready.

Home Time & Benefits This fleet operates on a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take trucks home during resets or choose to park at a company location if preferred.

Drivers on this account generally earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week depending on experience and freight demand. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. Benefits become available after six months and include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
