2nd Shift Quality Technician

C&S Machine is hiring a Quality Technician to support production and ensure parts meet quality standards. In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for inspecting products, supporting audits, and helping maintain our quality systems.

What you’ll be doing:

Perform inspections to verify parts meet requirements
Document and communicate any quality issues
Work with engineering and production teams to resolve discrepancies
Support internal audits, including scheduling and completing audits
Assist with customer and supplier audits as needed
Help maintain quality documentation and compliance standards
Respond to internal and customer quality requests in a timely manner
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

What we’re looking for:

Previous quality or machining experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Basic understanding of GD&T and inspection processes preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work with multiple teams and stay organized
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
Internal auditing or ISO experience is a plus
