Emergency Room RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise and strong decision-making skills to support patient recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency treatments and interventions to stabilize patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with active Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Maintain current certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and AHA or ARC approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Complete all onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing.
• Provide verifiable work history for the past 7 years with supporting documentation as needed.
