Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI platforms. This role involves building scalable AI applications, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business value.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications.
• Build and optimize Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-powered applications, chatbots, recommendation engines, and automation solutions.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Create scalable AI architectures and integrate AI services into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML development.
• Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with cloud AI services and distributed computing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
