Full-Time Territory Sales Representative

Overview Full‑time Territory Sales Representative for Springs Window Fashions (2020 Companies) based in Fairfax, VA. The role pays $22 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus and follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Responsibilities Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products in major home‑improvement stores. Build strong relationships with store associates and customers. Maintain and set up product displays and merchandising. Meet or exceed sales targets and generate leads. Provide expert product education and excellent customer service. Travel within the territory, visiting 2–5 stores per day. Report and analyze sales data, tracking performance and identifying improvement areas. Execute and adapt sales strategies to maximize brand visibility and sales objectives. Serve as trusted advisor, educating retailers and consumers on product features and benefits. Qualifications Experience in sales or strong interest in building a career in sales. Outgoing, confident, with excellent communication skills. Self‑starter able to work independently. Comfortable working in a retail environment. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales targets. Strong customer focus and service orientation. Adaptability to changing market conditions and new products. Ability to influence retail leadership and manage relationships. Strong product knowledge, with the capability to acquire technical details quickly. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel; willingness for occasional overnight assignments.
