Pediatric Dentist Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team, with the flexibility to work a 4–5 day schedule .

You’ll become part of an exceptional group of pediatric dentists with a combined 100+ years of experience , offering a highly collaborative environment where mentorship is always available. From day one, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while being supported by an experienced and engaged clinical team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care.

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive compensation with daily guarantee of $1200-$1400 plus production-based earnings
• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus (based on experience and certifications)
• Strong earning potential with growth opportunities

Clinical Support & Technology

Behavior Management Options

• Nitrous Oxide (N2O)
• Moderate/Conscious Oral Sedation
• In-office IV sedation with anesthesiologists
• Hospital privileges for GA cases at Tertiary Care Regional Medical Center and Local Community Hospital

Technology

• Cone Beam CT Imaging
• Digital Intraoral Imaging
• LightScalpel CO2 surgical lasers

Schedule

• Flexible full-time schedule: 4–5 days per week
• Daytime clinical hours (no late evenings required)
• Schedule structure can be customized based on provider preference

*Doctor compensation is structured as a daily rate, determined by experience, and paid for days worked. 

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Board eligible, with intent to become board certified

Preferred (not required)

• Enteral or Parenteral Conscious Sedation License in New York State
