As the Director of Catering, you will play a crucial role in inspiring a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies with a bit of tropical fun!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the catering for all cafes in order to deliver exceptional service and delicious food
• Develop and implement catering strategies to drive sales and exceed customer expectations
• Boost the Tropical Smoothie catering presence in the Treasure Valley
• Collaborate with the Cafe Managers to ensure Catering orders are properly staffed and supported with adequate product
• Ensure smooth execution of catering events from planning and preparation to delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in catering, customer service or hospitality management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
