Responsibilities Support the front-end mortgage pre-approval process by gathering and verifying necessary documentation. Coordinate with clients to provide updates and answer inquiries, fostering a positive customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy before submission. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to keep the team on track and informed. Gather initial documentation and fully pre-qualify a borrower. Strong program and guideline knowledge to find a solution for tough loans. Qualifications Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on qualifying and pre-approval procedures. Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, enhancing client interactions and support. Proven track record of maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively. Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and client engagement. Proficiency in using mortgage software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
