Warehouse Associate/Back Up DriverPower-Flo Technologies Rochester is now hiring a warehouse associate/backup driver! This is a full-time, Monday - Friday opportunity.Salary Range: $16 - $20/hour + benefits Benefits:Health, Dental and Vision benefitsOvertime OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)PTO ProgramPaid Holidays401KEmployee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP)Warehouse Associate/Back Up Driver Key Responsibilities :Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing etc.Pull and stage orders for shipmentOrganize InventoryMaintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (to act as the back up driver on an as needed basis)Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehiclePlan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the dayObey all traffic laws and parking regulationsSafely and efficiently pick up and deliver ordersWarehouse Associate/Back Up Driver Requirements :2+ years of warehouse experience requiredCurrent, valid, and clean NYS driver's license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehiclesAbility to obtain & maintain DOT certificationAbility to follow processes, procedures, and policiesAbility to work well both independently and on a team and be willing to learnAbility to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsBox Truck experience (16-18 ft) and Flatbed truck experience is a plus. No CDL required.Forklift experience a plusIndustry experience preferredWarehouse Group Physical Requirements :Ability to drive for prolonged periods of timeAbility to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 poundsAbility to work on elevated platformsAbility to climb laddersThis position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reachingYou may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditionsGood hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machineryWe are an equal opportunity employer.
