Position Registered Nurse – Crisis – Cumberland Recovery Response Center, Fayetteville, NC. Employment Type Full‑Time / Non‑Exempt Shift and Schedule 7:00 pm – 7:30 am; rotating schedule (two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off) with every other weekend off. Location Crisis – Cumberland Recovery Response Center, Fayetteville, NC. Compensation $39.00 per hour with a retention bonus of $12,000. Responsibilities Guest Care & Advocacy: Coordinate services with community health, mental health, and social service agencies to ensure appropriate care. Assist individuals with preparation and recording of the service‑planning process. Conduct assessments and treatment plans. Provide individual and family counseling. Participate in the development of educational curriculum. Supervise and/or provide nursing treatment and monitoring, such as diabetes and blood pressure. Respond to crisis calls for assessment and pertinent intervention as needed. Coordinate the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services, including pharmacy and laboratory services. Administer medication as required by protocol. Complete clinical documentation as required. Keep abreast of federal and state regulations and Recovery Innovations policies. Understand and adhere to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes, and medical care. Perform other related duties assigned. Qualifications Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Licensure: Valid and current state RN license (Compact licensure preferred). Experience: Minimum of one (1) year working in a behavioral health setting. Skills: Knowledge of psychiatric medications and their indications, common side effects, reactions, and interactions; basic computer skills; attention to detail; problem‑solving ability; assessment and treatment planning; verbal and written communication; effective listening; excellent documentation; trauma‑informed care experience preferred; bilingual preferred. Background: Must pass a seven‑year background check, substance‑abuse testing (if applicable), education verification, designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states, and a three‑year motor‑vehicle report if driving is required. Other requirements: Must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified by state regulations; must meet all recovery innovation driving policy requirements if driving is required; travel may be required based on business need. Addendum: State‑Specific Requirements Arizona: Must be 21 years or older. California: Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Professional, Licensed Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse (Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field and registered or licensed with California Board of Behavioral Science); Associate degrees accepted. Delaware: Same educational and licensing requirements as the general qualifications. Louisiana: Must be 24 years or older. Maryland: Same educational and licensing requirements as the general qualifications. North Carolina: Same educational and licensing requirements as the general qualifications. Ohio: Same educational and licensing requirements as the general qualifications. Washington: Licensed Registered Nurse with 1 year of experience preferred (MHP level preferred). Physical Demands May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers; frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, and finger dexterity; eye‑hand‑foot coordination; use of corrected vision; use of auditory senses; may be required to lift up to 20 pounds. Work Environment May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility; may have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused; work may include travel throughout the geographic region.
