Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Durham, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!Job Responsibilities:Work with sales leadership to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth, e.g., pipeline health, opportunity identificationCollect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and sales commissionsAssist with administration of sales compensation plansResearch commission payment or sales discrepancies and exception requests and resolve them timely and accuratelyAdminister, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and sales contestsCreate and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representativesCommunicate with and answer sales analytics and commission questions from sales leadership and representativesPrepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reportsDevelop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvementMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field5 or more years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectivelyPreferred Qualifications1 or more years experience supporting senior sales leadership or enterprise sales organizations.1 or more years' experience Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Alteryx, Sales Analytics etc.1 or more years' experience with Salesforce CRM and sales performance management software such as SAP Success Factors or similar1 or more years' experience in the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals and managed careAdditional Job StandardsSelf starter attitude with problem-solving capabilities and proven ability to achieve resultsStrong business acumen - ability to independently work to explore and understand business contextWorking knowledge of performing sales commission calculations and creating sales analytics reportsAbility to communicate effectively and work well with various functional departments and levels of leadershipOutstanding detail-oriented analytical and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlinesComfort with and confidence in working in a fast-paced sales environmentLabcorp’s National Sales Enablement team is in search of a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to conduct commercial administration and analytics for our Diagnostics sales teams. This individual will be part of a team that provides insights and tools to help sales teams optimize sales processes and accelerate revenue-driving activities.Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule.
