As an Assistant Manager at Charter Foods, a franchisee of prominent brands in the Food & Beverage industry, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering outstanding service and maintaining our brand standards. You will be responsible for problem-solving with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and ensuring financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help guarantee the delivery of safe, high-quality food to customers promptly. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in creating a safe atmosphere for both employees and patrons. Key Requirements and Responsibilities Must be at least 18 years of age. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility. Available for a 50-Hour Work Week. High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory. Basic computer literacy is essential. Reliable transportation required. Solid understanding of basic business math and accounting, along with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Physical ability to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and keep the surrounding grounds clean. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for up to 80% of shift time.
