About the Job

Medical Assistant - Full Time, Days.

Duties:

• Perform administrative and clinical tasks to support healthcare professionals in a medical setting.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures.
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with collecting specimens.
• Assist with patient education and provide instructions for at-home care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification preferred or valid Florida CNA license.
• Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED.
• Proficient in medication administration and basic life support techniques.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
