Inventory Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking an Asset Inventory and Compliance Coordinator to support inventory management and logistics operations across demonstration assets within the Applications Engineering team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating equipment movements, and ensuring compliance with global trade and internal policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across operations, logistics, and technical teams to support efficient asset tracking and readiness.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the asset management system, including asset status, location, and usage

Coordinate shipment, transfer, return, and disposal of demo assets in alignment with business needs and regional requirements

Support preparation of global shipping documentation, including export control, customs, and compliance-related forms

Perform and support functional checks of demo equipment prior to shipment and upon return

Partner with internal teams to schedule and allocate assets for customer trials, events, and operational use

Track asset condition, coordinate repair activities with service teams, and ensure readiness of equipment

Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to validate accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Generate inventory and compliance reports to support operational visibility and audit readiness

What You’ll Bring

Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics coordination

Familiarity with global shipping processes and trade compliance requirements (e.g., export controls, customs documentation)

Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred) or similar asset/data management tools

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accuracy and record integrity

Ability to troubleshoot issues, track discrepancies, and support resolution across teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $28.00 - 31.00/hr
