Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Leesburg, Florida. The role demands prior experience in orthopedic joints and trauma, general surgery, and proficiency in circulating duties, with a focus on DaVinci Robotics procedures.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with variable start times between 07:00 AM and 11:00 AM; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license; minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience; circulating experience in orthopedic joints & trauma (strong emphasis) and general surgery (strong emphasis); BLS certification; ACLS preferred at time of submission; prior travel experience highly preferred; must not have more than 180 days of non-clinical employment without documented explanation.
• Preferred Qualifications: DaVinci Robotics experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: All new RN starts must pass a basic specialty competency exam and an EKG exam, including mapping and interpretation, with a minimum score of 80%. 100% correct identification of lethal rhythms is mandatory. No work history gaps over 30 days without documented explanation. Rsum must include facility type, EMR, bed count, and at least one professional reference dated within the last 12 months.
• Start Date: 08/03/2026.
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, with scheduling flexibility and call as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an Operating Room RN.
