Human Resources Business Partner / HR Generalist Location: Oregon Market (Hybrid) Schedule: On-site 4 days/week at assigned facilities Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually (DOE) About the Role Volare Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner / HR Generalist to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Oregon market. This hybrid role blends strategic HR partnership with hands‑on HR operations and compliance support in a fast‑paced, multi‑site healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with facility and senior leadership on employee relations, performance management, and compliance Lead workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary review Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and CBAs Conduct HR audits (personnel files, I‑9s, training, background checks) Support HR operations including ADP reporting, data accuracy, PTO tracking, and job descriptions Collaborate with Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll teams Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and culture efforts Travel regularly to assigned facilities for on‑site HR support Qualifications 5+ years of HR experience; healthcare or long‑term care experience required Experience working with unions and understanding of collective bargaining agreements.
